How do I complete the online registration?
- Click on the appropriate registration link on the Conference & Workshops page or Online Courses page.
- Click the �Register Now� button to being your registration.
- Complete the fields; use the tab button on your keyboard to advance through the fields.
- Once you have completed the form, click on the �Continue to Step 2� button at the bottom of the page.
- Review your data on the next screen. If your registration data is correct, click on the �Continue to Step 3� button.
If there are errors in your registration data, click on the �Edit Registration Options� button on the bottom of the page.
- Please select your method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order or Receive An Invoice by
clicking the appropriate button. Once your payment method is selected, you will complete your registration.
How do I know that my registration was successfully completed and I am registered for an event?
- After submitting your payment, you are directed to a confirmation page reading "Congratulations! You have registered."
- If you provided an email address, you will also receive a confirmation by email.
- If you are not directed to the �Congratulations� page, there has been an error in your registration and you should check your
information and try again.

Who do I contact for questions about my registration or payment?
- Feel free to contact Conference Services Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST at 979-845-2604,
or anytime via email at agrilifevents@ag.tamu.edu.
How do I know if my conference payment has been received?
- After Conference Services has received your payment, you will receive a receipt by email if you entered an email address on your
registration information. If you did not enter an email address, you will be faxed or mailed a receipt.
Is this site secure for credit card payments?
- Yes, our website is protected by the Texas A&M Online Payment Center. Your information will be encrypted for safe transmittal
over the Internet.
I prefer to pay by Check, Money Order or Purchase Order. How do I do that online?
After entering your registration information, you will be asked to select a method of payment
- If paying by Check or Money Order, click the Check or Money Order button. You will receive a confirmation of your registration
and instructions where to mail your payment.

I would like to be invoiced for my registration fee.
After entering your registration information, you will be asked to select a method of payment. Please select the Receive An Invoice
button. You must provide a purchase order number at this time as well as directions to send the invoice. Please do not send payment
until you receive an invoice.
Can I register and then pay the registration fee onsite at the conference?
Each event is different. If your event permits, you may pay on-site, but you may be subject to late fees.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Each event is different. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for each event.
